The association, which keeps the pulse of the sector with events such as the Human-Focused Management Congress, supports the spread of exemplary practices by honoring the works that value ‘people’ with the Human Value Awards.While it makes a significant contribution to the increase of professional competence in the field of human resources management within the PERYÖN Academy, it also makes a significant contribution to the development of strategic leadership competencies of employees with events such as the Strategy Tournament.
